Associate Growth Executive

Responsibilities:

• Identify and generate new sales leads through various channels such as LinkedIn and marketplaces.
• Engage with potential customers to understand their needs and propose customized solutions.
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
• Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to implement effective sales strategies.
• Participate in sales meetings and provide insights into market trends and competition.
• Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the team.
• Conduct outbound calls and emails to generate interest and qualify leads.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• 0-1 year of experience in sales or business development, preferably in the IT industry.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
• Highly motivated and target-driven.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Willingness to work night shifts (6 PM - 3 AM).
