Quality Assurance Engineer - Automation

We are seeking a Software Quality Assurance Engineer with 2-3 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in manual and automation testing using Cypress, Playwright, or Selenium. Responsibilities:

• Conduct manual and automated testing, ensuring high-quality user experiences.
• Design, develop, and execute manual and automated test cases.
• Perform functional, regression, integration, UI, API and performance testing.
• Develop and maintain automation frameworks using Cypress, Playwright, or Selenium.
• Conduct API testing (both manual and automated) using Postman, RestAssured, or similar tools.
• Work with CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions, Jenkins, AWS, or CircleCI.
• Collaborate with developers, product managers, and QA teams in an Agile environment.
• Manage defects using tools like Jira or ClickUp.
• Collaborate with developers, product managers, and clients to ensure high-quality software delivery.
• Contribute to test strategies and process improvements.

Requirements:

•  2-3 years of experience in Software Quality Assurance.
•  Strong manual testing skills.
•  Hands-on experience with automation frameworks (Cypress, Playwright, or Selenium).
•  Experience with API testing (manual and automated).
•  Knowledge of performance testing tools.
•  Experience with CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, Jenkins, AWS, or CircleCI).
• Proficiency in using version control systems like Git for managing test scripts and collaborating with development teams.
• Proficiency in SQL for database querying, data validation, and backend testing.
•  Proficiency in Jira, ClickUp, or any project management tool.
•  Hands-on experience with JavaScript, TypeScript, Java, or Python.
•  Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
•  Experience in client communication and working with cross-functional teams.
•  Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
• Familiarity with Mobile testing would be a plus.
