Sales and Marketing Operation Manager

We are seeking a detail-oriented and strategic Sales and Marketing Manager to support and optimize our sales team’s operational logistics. 

This role requires a keen understanding of the sales process to effectively manage sales data, build efficient "go to market" models, and enhance overall sales execution and team productivity.

  • Provide operational support to the sales team, including assistance with proposal generation, contract management, and order processing.
  • Ensure timely and accurate communication of sales information to relevant stakeholders.
  • Develop and deliver training programs for the sales team on processes, tools, and best practices.
  • Keep the sales team informed about new product updates, industry trends, and competitive landscape.
  • Work closely with marketing to ensure alignment of sales and marketing efforts.
  • Partner with finance to manage sales forecasting, budgeting, and financial reporting.
  • Coordinate with product and customer success teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
  • Develop, implement, and refine sales processes to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Identify bottlenecks and areas for improvement in the sales cycle.
  • Manage and maintain the integrity of sales data in the CRM system.
  • Analyze sales data to provide insights and recommendations to the sales team.
  • Generate and distribute regular sales reports and performance metrics.
  • Collaborate with sales leadership to develop and execute sales strategies.
  • Assist in setting sales targets, quotas, and performance benchmarks.
  • Monitor and report on sales performance against targets.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in Sales Operations, Sales Management, or a related role, with a demonstrated ability to drive process improvement.
  • Strong analytical skills and a deep understanding of the sales process to support data-driven decisions.
  • Experience in managing cross-departmental collaborations to streamline operations.
  • Proficiency in HubSpot and other sales management software.
  • Relevant training and/or certifications in Sales Operations are highly preferred.
