As a Marketing Specialist with a strong emphasis on content creation, you will focus on executing high-quality content that drives brand engagement and supports lead generation. Reporting directly to the Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing blog posts, LinkedIn articles, white papers, case studies, and other high-value content tailored to our target audiences. You will also act as a ghostwriter for social media posts, crafting thought leadership and engaging content aligned with the brand’s voice and goals.
In addition to content creation, you will assist with executing broader marketing efforts, including email campaigns, paid media initiatives, event support, and campaign performance analytics. This position is ideal for a creative self-starter with excellent writing skills, a knack for innovation, and a deep understanding of social media best practices who thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Write and edit engaging blog posts, LinkedIn articles, and high-value content such as white papers, articles, case studies, and presentations.
- Act as a ghostwriter for social media posts, crafting engaging and professional content for platforms like LinkedIn and Twitter (X) while capturing the unique tone of Devsu’s brand.
- Develop social media content that drives engagement and aligns with current algorithm trends to maximize reach and visibility, leveraging insights on audience behavior for virality.
- Research industry trends, target audiences, and competitors to create relevant and informative content.
- Collaborate with the Marketing Manager to ensure content aligns with key strategies, brand tone, and messaging.
- Implement SEO best practices into written content to increase visibility and engagement.
- Work with the design team to create complementary visual assets such as infographics, charts, and slide decks.
- Publish and monitor content across marketing channels, analyzing performance data, and recommending improvements based on results.
- Support the Marketing Manager in the execution of integrated marketing campaigns.
- Assist with email marketing efforts, including creating email content, segmenting audiences, and tracking campaign performance.
- Help execute and optimize paid media campaigns on platforms like Google Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn Ads under the guidance of the Marketing Manager.
- Provide support in the planning, organization, and promotion of events, such as webinars, conferences, and workshops.
- Collect and report on key metrics to track campaign and content performance, identifying actionable insights.
- Develop creative strategies to increase engagement and interactions on social media posts, with a focus on creating content that resonates with target audiences and has the potential for virality.
- Ensure all marketing efforts support brand guidelines and align with business objectives.
- Proven experience in digital marketing or content creation, with 1-3 years in a related role.
- Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills, with experience producing professional content such as articles, white papers, case studies, and blog posts.
- Ability to produce engaging, professional social media posts as a ghostwriter, adapting to various tones and audiences.
- In-depth knowledge of social media algorithms (e.g., LinkedIn, Twitter (X), Instagram) and experience developing content that drives engagement and works with the algorithm trends to increase reach and virality.
- Knowledge of SEO best practices, basic analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics), and content management systems (e.g., WordPress).
- Familiarity with marketing platforms like Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, HubSpot (or similar tools).
- Understanding of email marketing platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Mailchimp) and basic campaign setup workflows.
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
- Comfortable working closely with a team and taking direction from the Marketing Manager.
- English at a C1+ level or higher.
