Direct Counsel is seeking an Associate for an Amlaw100 Firm for their Finance Banking(Lender Side)  Practice

JD year: 2022 (Min) - - (Max)

Job Requirements     

• 2 or more years of experience in private credit, acquisition finance or leveraged finance  
• Strong academic credentials
• Excellent communication, drafting skills, team oriented
• Associates in this role must protect and maintain any highly sensitive, confidential, privileged, financial and/or proprietary information
• Capable of taking on significant responsibility
• Able to take on client interaction and significant work product.
