2nd Shift Warehouse Operations Supervisor - Lockbourne, Ohio

Shift: 1:00 PM – 10:00 PM, Monday–Friday (predictable schedule)

DISHER is currently partnering with a company that designs and implements end-to-end service supply chain strategies for rapidly expanding high-tech companies.

What it’s like to work here:  

As a key leader on their 2nd shift warehouse team, you will supervise and guide warehouse staff across multiple functions including picking, shipping, and receiving. You’ll ensure efficient, accurate, and timely movement of equipment, supporting customer satisfaction and operational excellence.

• Lead and mentor warehouse staff, fostering a supportive, team-oriented culture focused on safety and continuous improvement.
• Ensure compliance with service level agreements (SLAs) and key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Conduct pre- and post-shift walkthroughs to maintain a clean, safe, and efficient warehouse environment.
• Monitor warehouse supplies and equipment, ensuring all tools, including RF scanners, are operational and available.
• Collaborate with management to analyze operations and implement process improvements.
• Train new and existing employees on company policies and warehouse procedures.
• Participate in performance reviews and disciplinary actions as neede

• Minimum 2 years of warehouse supervisory experience, preferably in logistics or supply chain operations.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to coach, mentor, and hold teams accountable.
• Experience with warehouse management systems (WMS), ERP systems, and RF scanning technology.
• Ability to analyze data, solve problems quickly, and drive continuous improvement.
• Excellent communication skills and a team-focused approach.
• Willingness to occasionally work after-hours or weekends as needed.
• Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in industrial technology, logistics, business management, or related field, or equivalent experience. Certifications such as Six Sigma Green or Black Belt are a plus.
• Must have the current and continuing right to work in the United States of America without restrictions or expirations.
