What’s the opportunity?


We are looking for a Regional Tax Specialist to join our dynamic Taxes team. This role focuses on ensuring adherence to tax regulations, mitigating tax risks, and maintaining up-to-date internal controls in APAC and EMEA regions. The ideal candidate should have a fundamental understanding of tax principles and a strong desire to explore the complexities of tax regulations across various regions.


What will I be doing?
  • Analyse tax compliance obligations for operations within the APAC and EMEA regions, ensuring timely and accurate filings in accordance with local tax laws and regulations.
  • Monitor and interpret tax regulations, ensuring the organization’s activities align with compliance requirements and best practices.
  • Maintain relationships and coordinate with local tax advisors in these regions to ensure effective tax planning and compliance.
  • Maintain and improve internal controls related to corporate tax processes.
  • Assist in preparing and reviewing tax documentation and reports, supporting accurate and comprehensive record-keeping.
  • Work closely with other departments to ensure accurate and efficient tax reporting and compliance.
  • Contribute to the development and refinement of tax policies and procedures, identifying   opportunities   to   streamline   processes   and   improve   operational efficiency.


What skills do I need?
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a similar field.
  • Advanced/Fluent English.
  • Strong experience with Tax in multinational companies or firms.
  • Experience with Tax Compliance requirements nationally and internationally.
  • Technical knowledge of International, Federal, State, and Local Tax Laws.
  • A master's degree or equivalent in Taxation is a plus.
  • Proactive personality with a great attitude.
  • Attention to detail, ability to multi-task, ability to plan and follow through on engagements.
  • Good communication and interpersonal relationship skills.
