Job Overview:
We are seeking a Sr Project Manager / Scrum Master with expertise in Marketing and Data Analytics domains to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in agile project management, managing complex IT projects, and collaborating with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

Communication and Presentation:

• Keep stakeholders informed of project progress and negotiate schedule or resource adjustments as needed.
• Serve as the central point for all project communications, utilizing effective communication methods based on urgency and situation.
• Develop and deliver presentation content to foster understanding and alignment across teams and project sponsors.

Establish Effective Project Governance:

• Facilitate and secure a Sponsor role at the appropriate organizational level.
• Identify and facilitate the formation of Steering and Stakeholder groups to guide project direction and deliverables.

Vendor Management:

• Collaborate with vendors to ensure successful project deliverables.
• Negotiate vendor contracts and Non-Disclosure Agreements while transitioning agreements to internal support owners.
• Track and maintain vendor deliverable costs.

Risk Management:

• Proactively identify and analyze project risks to mitigate potential impacts.
• Resolve issues and escalate appropriately to manage scope, schedule, budget, or quality risks.

Project Detail and Schedules:

• Develop and manage project schedules, staffing plans, and resource allocations using tools like Jira, WorkOtter, and SharePoint.
• Balance resource assignments with project requirements to achieve success.

Project Financials:

• Develop and monitor project budgets and forecasts weekly using tools like Excel and WorkOtter.

Qualifications:

Required Skills:

• 5+ years of experience managing complex IT projects, with hands-on project management and Scrum Master skills.
• Proven experience managing large teams across multiple locations.
• Ability to structure workstreams within large projects and concurrently manage multiple IT projects.
• Strong applied knowledge of PM and Scrum tools and techniques (e.g., Jira, Scrum ceremonies, risk management).
• Experience with vendor management and contract negotiation.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage effectively at all organizational levels.
• Strong interpersonal skills to build relationships and foster a trusting team environment.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with Cloud Data Platforms supporting Marketing and Customer Analytics in omni-channel retail environments.
• Familiarity with tools such as WorkOtter, Jira, SharePoint, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Understanding of business process transformation and change management practices.
