Job Description

We’re looking for a detail-oriented and versatile Jr Operations Specialist to support our growing Connect business line. As our customer base expands and operations become more complex—especially in areas like insurance integrations and homologation—we need someone who thrives in dynamic environments and loves solving puzzles with data and process improvement.

You’ll play a key role in supporting billing, legal contracts, BI, and operational efficiency, ensuring we maintain high standards while scaling effectively.

🛠️ Your main tasks will include:

Operational Support & Insurance Tasks (40%)

  • Help design workflows and suggest improvements to operational tools
  • Support cross-functional project initiatives as needed
  • Coordinate insurance integration tasks with centers
  • Monitor progress, flag issues, and collect required data

BI & Data Analysis (15%)

  • Update existing dashboards, supporting accurate and timely reporting of business KPIs
  • Assist in data analysis and help monitor KPIs to support management decisions
  • Support with external customer requests for data and insights, as well as internal data inquiries

Finance & Billing (15%)

  • Assist with billing models and invoicing processes
  • Help generate financial reports and support budget tracking
  • Support budget planning and help monitor financial performance against budget

Legal & Contracts (15%)

  • Follow up on contract signing and addendum processes
  • Coordinate with external law firms as needed

Homologation & Customer Integration (15%)

  • Lead customer homologation processes
  • Help ensure smooth onboarding for new customers

Qualifications

What Will Make You Shine

  • Experience: 2–3 years in an operational or analytical role
  • Languages: Fluent in both Spanish and English
  • Skills:
    • Advanced proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets
    • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving
    • High adaptability and multitasking ability
    • Proactivity and a drive for continuous improvement

Nice to Have:

  • Experience with data tools (SQL, Looker)
  • Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot)
  • Project management tools (e.g., Hive)
  • Prior experience in SaaS or healthcare sectors
