The Marketing Project Manager will serve as the driving force behind the execution of marketing initiatives, overseeing diverse projects from inception to completion. This role requires a hands-on professional with exceptional analytical skills, creativity, and the flexibility to manage a variety of marketing efforts, ensuring timely delivery and measurable impact across multiple channels.
Responsibilities:
Project Planning and Execution:
Develop and manage detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets for diverse marketing initiatives.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams (content, performance, design, product) to ensure alignment and successful project execution.
Monitor and ensure adherence to deadlines, delivering high-quality outcomes across all marketing channels.
Analytical Oversight:
Analyze project performance, campaign data, and key metrics to assess success and identify areas for optimization.
Provide actionable insights based on data analysis to improve future marketing initiatives.
Leverage tools such as Tableau, Google Analytics, and Excel to create performance dashboards and reports.
Creativity and Problem-Solving:
Brainstorm innovative approaches to execute marketing campaigns, solving challenges with resourceful solutions.
Adapt strategies to meet shifting priorities or project requirements while maintaining high standards.
Cross-Team Collaboration:
Serve as the main point of contact for marketing projects, ensuring smooth communication and coordination between teams.
Collaborate with external agencies, vendors, and freelancers to deliver marketing materials and campaigns.
Manage approvals and feedback loops to ensure consistency with brand guidelines and project objectives.
Process Improvement:
Continuously refine project workflows and processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
Document and standardize best practices for project management within the marketing team.
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
Experience:
3+ years of experience in marketing project management, preferably in SaaS, healthcare, or tech industries.
Demonstrated experience managing complex projects with multiple stakeholders and tight deadlines.
