Join us as our new Administration Assistant – Commercial

We are seeking an experienced Administration Assistant – Commercial to join our Commercial Team; a dynamic and collaborative environment of highly skilled, innovative, and motivated professionals.

In this role, you will provide comprehensive administration and clerical support, reporting to the Regional Commercial Manager. You will assist team members in the preparation of proposals, tenders, questionnaires and prequalification responses.

Additionally, you will play a key role in supporting the Commercial Team by generating weekly reports, monitoring business process compliance, managing databases and handling general office administration, including data entry, expense reporting and document management.

The ideal candidate is self-motivated, highly organised and possesses excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Minimum 2 years office administration
  • Experience in the Energy Resource industry (preferred but not mandatory)
  • Strong organisational and time-management skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook)
  • High level of accuracy and attention to details
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • A service-oriented, enthusiastic and solutions-driven approach
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven project environment

Office location is at Gateway West, Singapore.
