Provisioning Specialist

DomainTools is seeking a Provisioning Specialist to help our Enterprise Customers have appropriate products and services available to them.  As a Provisioning Specialist, you will be part of the broader Technical Support team supporting our over 30,000 members.  A successful candidate will be well organized, collaborative, and experienced in working with remote teams. 

A provisioning support role involves ensuring users and systems have the necessary resources and access, including managing user accounts, access rights, and software/hardware provisioning.  This entails validating contracted services (work orders) against entitled provisioned products, monitoring outstanding requests and working with other technical teams to solve problems.  Provisioning Specialists communicate with Enterprise customers directly as well as internal team members.  Good written and verbal communication skills are required.  

The right person for us will have a support oriented mentality, wanting to enable organizations to leverage DomainTools products swiftly and improve efficiency. 

Location: Remote - Philippines

Compensation: 500K - 860K PHP

Key Responsibilities:

  • User Account Management: Creating, modifying, and deleting user accounts and permissions. 
  • Access Rights Management: Ensuring users have the correct level of access to products and services. 
  • Data Entry and Validation: Performs data entry tasks to record and maintain accurate records. 
  • Problem Solving: Troubleshooting and resolving issues related to provisioning, access, and resource allocation. 
  • Coordination: Collaborating with other teams (Sales, Account Management, Solution Engineers, TechOps) to ensure smooth provisioning processes. 
  • Documentation: Maintaining accurate records of provisioning activities and customer communications. 
  • Process Improvement: Identifying areas for improvement in provisioning processes and implementing solutions. 
  • Product Support: Team with Technical Support agents to provide backup technical support, assisting customers with product related issues, as well as reproducing or validating customer reported bug reports, and escalating to the appropriate stakeholders.

Qualifications / Requirements:

  • 5+ years technical support experience for Global 2000 customers 
  • Zendesk or similar customer service solution
  • Familiarity with Salesforce, is a plus
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Effective communication skills for internal and external technical teams
