About the Team
Our Ads team operates at the intersection of e-commerce and advertising, surfacing and monetizing relevant content that benefits our core Advertiser and Consumer audiences. On the Ads New Ventures team, our mission is to design, test, launch, and scale new business lines + products to help Advertisers & Consumers thrive on the platform.
About the Role
We are looking for a detail-oriented, highly-motivated individual to join our Ads New Ventures team as a Business Analyst. In this role, you will work closely with our cross-functional teams and provide analytical support to track advertiser and business performance. The person in this role will:
- Manage sales pipeline tracking
- Monitor business performance and impact
- Develop client-facing reports that synthesize campaign performance trends and identity optimization opportunities for internal team
- Work with 3rd party vendors to streamline reporting and benchmarking process
- Partner with the internal Marketing and Data Science teams to build dashboards for internal tracking.

We’re excited about you because…
- You are fluent in speaking and writing in English
- You have 1-2 years of experience as an analyst or marketer in an advertising agency, ecommerce, consumer brand or tech company
- You are able to analyze and synthesize data, make informed decisions and balance quantitative measurement with an empathetic, intuition-based mindset. You can crunch data in SQL/excel independently.
- You focus on getting stuff done and aren’t afraid to get into the details.
- You thrive in a self-starter, fast paced and changing environment
- You have strong organization and communication skills.
