About the Role
We are looking for an Enterprise Customer Success Manager (Large Accounts) to drive the success and expansion of dopay’s largest customers. You will be the trusted advisor and strategic partner for HR, finance, and C-level stakeholders, helping them fully integrate dopay’s payroll solution and maximize its impact across their organization.
Your mission is to deepen relationships, drive adoption, expand the number of employees paid via dopay, and upsell additional solutions. You’ll be working with complex, multi-layered enterprise organizations, navigating corporate structures, and ensuring our customers see dopay as the go-to payroll and financial services solution for their workforce.
Key Responsibilities
1. Customer Strategy & Relationship Management
- Own and manage a portfolio of large enterprise accounts (1,000+ employees), ensuring long-term customer success and retention.
- Build strong, trusted relationships with C-level executives, HR, and finance leaders, acting as their go-to advisor.
- Develop a deep understanding of each client’s business challenges, payroll needs, and strategic goals.
- Lead quarterly business reviews (QBRs) and regular check-ins with key stakeholders to demonstrate impact, discuss expansion, and align on strategic priorities.
2. Account Growth & Expansion
- Identify opportunities to expand the number of employees enrolled on dopay’s platform within each account.
- Develop and execute tailored growth plans for each enterprise client, outlining the path to full adoption.
- Collaborate with sales, product, and marketing teams to introduce and upsell new solutions, such as Earned Wage Access (EWA) and other financial services.
3. Solution Selling & Problem Solving
- Act as a business consultant, helping customers optimize payroll efficiency, compliance, and financial inclusion initiatives.
- Conduct data-driven analysis to showcase ROI and impact, demonstrating how dopay enhances payroll operations.
- Proactively identify pain points and develop creative solutions to streamline processes, ensuring a frictionless payroll experience.
4. Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with product and tech teams to advocate for enterprise customers’ needs and influence roadmap decisions.
- Partner with customer support and onboarding teams to ensure seamless implementation and ongoing satisfaction.
- Collaborate with marketing to create case studies, best practices, and thought leadership content for enterprise customers.
- 3+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or Consulting, ideally in a multinational environment.
- Experience managing large, complex enterprise accounts, preferably in fintech, HR tech, SaaS, or B2B financial services.
- Strong business acumen and consultative selling skills—able to uncover customer challenges and position dopay as a strategic solution.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and build credibility with C-level executives.
- Strong analytical mindset—comfortable using data and insights to drive decision-making and customer growth strategies.
- Proven ability to navigate multi-layered corporate structures and manage stakeholders across various functions.
- Fluent in English and Arabic (written and spoken).
