Role Overview
As a Digital Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing online marketing efforts across multiple platforms. Your primary goal is to drive traffic, engagement, and conversions while ensuring brand consistency and a strong online presence.
Digital Campaign Management
- Plan, create, and execute digital marketing campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, social media, and email.
- Optimize campaigns for performance metrics including ROI, CTR, and conversion rates.
- Analyze campaign data to provide actionable insights and improvements.
Search Engine Optimization (SEO)
- Perform keyword research to optimize website content and landing pages for organic search.
- Monitor and improve site rankings using on-page, off-page, and technical SEO strategies.
- Track organic traffic growth and adjust strategies to meet performance goals.
Social Media Marketing
- Manage company profiles on platforms such as LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and Twitter.
- Develop and execute content calendars to increase follower engagement and audience growth.
- Monitor metrics such as impressions, reach, and engagement to enhance strategy.
Content Marketing
- Collaborate with content creators to produce high-quality blog posts, whitepapers, infographics, and videos.
- Distribute and promote content across digital channels.
- Track content performance metrics such as time-on-page and lead generation.
Email Marketing
- Create and manage email marketing campaigns, including newsletters and automated sequences.
- Use A/B testing to optimize subject lines, CTAs, and email design.
- Ensure compliance with email marketing regulations.
Analytics and Reporting
- Track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as traffic, leads, and conversions.
- Use tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, or Salesforce to generate performance reports.
- Present data-driven recommendations to stakeholders for campaign optimization.
Collaboration and Coordination
- Work with cross-functional teams to align marketing efforts with overall business objectives.
- Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends and tools to implement innovative strategies.
Key Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- 2-4 years of experience in digital marketing or a similar role.
- Proficiency in tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, SEMrush, Salesforce, and social media platforms.
- Strong understanding of SEO, PPC, social media marketing, email campaigns, and content marketing.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and translate it into actionable strategies.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
