The resort now features a 13,000-square-foot Tennis Center with 16 grass tennis courts and the eleventh Court Tennis facility in the United States. • The Assistant Court Tennis Pro is responsible for teaching group and private lessons, promoting court tennis to resort guests, and providing high-quality customer service. This position also involves assisting with the management of court reservations, pro shop duties, merchandise sales, and general court maintenance. The ideal candidate will have a passion for tennis, experience in playing and coaching, and a desire to introduce guests to the game while creating a welcoming and engaging environment.

• Teach private and group lessons on court tennis for guests of all skill levels.
• Promote court tennis and inform guests of lessons, court availability, and special events.
• Assist with pro shop operations, inventory management, and product display.
• Promote and sell merchandise, including racquets, apparel, and accessories.
• Book lessons and court times, ensuring an efficient reservation system.
• Respond to emails and phone calls about lessons and court availability.
• Maintain and clean tennis courts to ensure a safe playing environment.
• Assist with ball making/stitching and racquet stringing as needed.
• Support lawn tennis events and special programs as required.

• Prior experience playing and coaching court tennis required.
• Prior experience working at a racquet club, country club, or resort preferred.
• A passion for the game and the ability to share that enthusiasm with resort guests.
• Knowledge of ball making/stitching is preferred but not required.
• Positive attitude, professional demeanor, and appearance.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.

• Hourly wage plus 50% commission on group and private lessons.

• Full-Time Seasonal, Hourly, Non-Exempt
• May 19 – August 15, 2025 (Option for up to 24 weeks; flexible start/end dates).
