The Opportunity
As a Solutions & BI Engineer, you'll be a key player in empowering our enterprise customers to leverage the full potential of their data within Dreamdata. You'll guide them through data integration, complex reporting, AI utilization, and activation use cases. Collaborate closely with our sales, customer success, and engineering teams to ensure our customers achieve maximum value from our platform.
What You'll Do
- Partner with our largest customers to design and implement optimal data integration solutions.
- Transforming customer data into a format compatible with Dreamdata.
- Collaborate with sales and customer success to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Become the expert on our Data Warehouse solution, supporting both internal teams and customers.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation and resources for our Data Warehouse solution.
- Work closely with product and engineering teams to drive technology development and address customer needs.
- Contribute to our Business Intelligence infrastructure built on our Data Warehouse solution.
- Data Savvy: You understand data models within CRMs (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.) and marketing automation systems (Marketo, Eloqua, Pardot, etc.).
- Data Warehousing Expertise: You have hands-on experience with solutions like BigQuery, Snowflake, or Redshift (we use BigQuery).
- BI Skills: You're proficient with BI tools like Looker Studio, Tableau, or PowerBI.
- SQL Proficiency: You can write efficient SQL queries and guide others in utilizing a Data Warehouse.
- Technical Acumen: You possess a technical background, enabling you to understand code, API documentation, and other technical resources.
- Communication Skills: You excel at collaborating with both technical and non-technical customers.
- Documentation Skills: You can create clear and concise technical documentation.
Bonus Points
- Experience with tools like DBT or Dataform.
- Familiarity with Reverse ETL tools such as GetCensus or Hightouch.
