DSI is seeking a Neighborhood Direct Sales Account Manager (Senior Sales Manager) to join our growing team! The primary focus for this role is to facilitate clear and concise communication to and from DSI teams, AT&T, and partner stakeholders with a goal of effectively leveraging available information, programs, and initiatives to maximize overall engagement and ultimately drive sales.
Travel or office requirements: This is a Remote opportunity with 30% travel required for business needs

Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
- Establish and maintain consistent communication with designated AT&T NAM teams and all relevant partner team members via scheduled calls and meetings
- Manage and lead channel-specific initiatives while working closely with AT&T, sales partners, and DSI teams to ensure timely and accurate execution
- Partner with the Vice President of Client Services to facilitate and ensure alignment and engagement between DSI field, operations, and training teams on NDS channels
- Work closely with partner stakeholders to understand all field and training support needs for designated retailers
- Responsible for gathering and reporting feedback from the field team to fulfill requests from AT&T as needed
- Provide thorough channel updates to DSI leadership as requested
- Work with partner stakeholders to align DSI support with their needs
- Understand sales trends by channel and assist in steering strategy and focus accordingly
- Becomes subject matter expert for DSI on all things NDS channel related
- Spends sufficient time in the field understanding and engaging in all aspects of NDS channel
- Attends meetings and events as needed by DSI and AT&T (overnight travel expected)
- Inspects resources to ensure accuracy on promotions and offers
- Consistently carry themselves in a manner that appropriately represents DSI to all relevant stakeholders
- Previous experience in sales & leadership within outside sales channels.
- Previous experience as a Sales Manager in a fast-paced, quota-driven environment as a Direct Manager, Sales Manager, Area Manager, District Manager, Regional Manager, etc.
- Motivate teams and sales reps
- Develop sales skills via action plans
- Ability to evaluate teams and analyze data to identify opportunities and build improvement plans
- Exceptional leader with a passion and dedication for mentoring and coaching sales and supporting partners to be successful
- Must possess strong communication skills, a strong work ethic, high energy, enthusiasm, and a passion for technology
- Ability to thrive in an entrepreneurial, unstructured work environment
- Strong and effective communication, analytical, and presentation skills
- Ability to work flexible hours to participate in evening, weekend, and holiday events
- Must be proficient in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Experience working with and meeting quotas
- Working knowledge of basic retail business and operations
- Working knowledge of the wireless industry and technology
