As an CRM Specialist you will be responsible for helping us connect & engage with our customer base across several different channels. You will be responsible for creating, shaping, and optimizing CLM campaigns (consisting of email, push, in app and web notifications) as well as working with various internal teams to create end-to-end marketing strategies and user lifecycle journeys.
In this role, you will:
- Develop a strategy to engage, retain and re-engage customers during key milestones of the customer lifecycle segments
- Create and running of email, push, in app and web notifications; assist in copywriting, email design and user performance of all C2C and B2C campaigns
- A/B Testing and optimising CLM campaigns with strategic content, frequency and audience variations
- Work closely with all teams to understand the customer base through insight segmentation and data analysis
- Lead new product features, testing side by side with Product managers and leveraging email marketing & push notifications
- Increase CLM’s traffic & engagement contribution, while maintaining the high quality of relevant and personalised messaging.
- Constantly analysing data to plan strategies and execute campaigns.
- Audience building, segmentation and testing
- Project management and help BI/Tech teams with API based campaigns
- Work closely within the marketing team to brainstorm ideas identifying customers’ needs and recommending new content.
- Stay up to date with the latest advancements in CLM technologies, techniques and optimizations.
- Bachelors’ degree or BSC from a reputable university
- 1 – 3 years of experience in a similar field
- Knowledge of basic digital marketing & advance CLM tools
- Practical knowledge of digital platforms and some of the CLM tools; MoEngage, Braze, Lean Plum, Acoustic, Twilio (experience with at least one email automation platform)
- Understanding of web analytics (experience with Google Analytics is preferred)
- Strong understanding of current online marketing concepts, strategy and best practices
- Sharp strategic thinking and ability to translate quantitative & qualitative data/insights into a strong targeted marketing strategy
- Strong skills in MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint)
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and time-management skills including prioritising, scheduling and adapting when necessary.
