The Opportunity:
We’re looking for a strategic and innovative Talent Scout Specialist to lead our efforts in identifying and onboarding exceptional digital talents, including "Hero Talents." This role is pivotal in shaping Dulcedo’s talent roster by focusing on high-quality recruitment and nurturing long-term relationships with top-tier creators who align with our agency’s KPIs, values, and goals. As a key player in our talent acquisition strategy, you’ll take ownership of sourcing and engaging talent, collaborating closely with Agents, and ensuring our team represents the best and brightest in the influencer marketing world. You’ll also spearhead outreach initiatives, attend industry events, and stay ahead of trends to keep our agency at the forefront of talent management.
Responsibilities:
Research and identify top-tier talents (such as Hero Talents) who align with the agency’s KPIs, values, and strategic goals across platforms like Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube.
Assess potential recruits based on metrics such as engagement rates, audience demographics, content quality, and past partnerships.
Develop and execute personalized outreach strategies to attract and onboard high-quality talent, leveraging creative messaging and strategic relationship-building.
Maintain and optimize the agency’s talent database (Pipedrive), ensuring accuracy and completeness for future opportunities.
Collaborate with Agents to identify and fill roster gaps, supporting new hires and established agents alike.
Open to attending industry events, conferences, and workshops to network, build relationships, and represent the agency as a leader in talent management.
Stay informed on influencer marketing trends, emerging talent, and competitor activities, providing insights to refine recruitment strategies.
Partner with internal teams, including marketing and social media, to align recruitment efforts with overall agency goals.
Monitor and report on recruitment KPIs, including outreach response rates, conversion rates, and talent retention.
Foster long-term relationships with talent to ensure alignment with agency values and sustained success.
Qualifications:
3+ years in talent scouting, influencer marketing, or PR with proven success in collaborating with high-profile digital creators.
A strong network of industry contacts and the ability to build meaningful relationships with talent and stakeholders.
Deep understanding of the influencer marketing ecosystem, including social media trends and platform dynamics.
Open to traveling when necessary for face-to-face meetings, industry events, and talent networking opportunities to build meaningful connections and foster long-term relationships.
Results-driven with a proven track record of developing and implementing impactful influencer marketing strategies.
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to craft compelling outreach messages.
Advanced proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Pipedrive) and analytics platforms to optimize sourcing and reporting.
Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
