Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary contact for Dutch-speaking clients through various channels, including phone, email, and chat.
  • Resolve client inquiries and issues promptly while providing detailed and accurate product information.
  • Coordinate communication between clients and internal teams, ensuring a smooth service delivery.
  • Document client interactions and insights to assist in improving service processes.
  • Support new client onboarding and offer continuous assistance during their engagement with us.
  • Keep updated on company offerings and industry developments to provide the best support possible.
  • Foster a positive company image and strive for high levels of client satisfaction.
  • Fluency in Dutch (both written and spoken) is necessary.
  • Proficiency in English; knowledge of other languages is an advantage.
  • Prior experience in client support or customer service is preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with an emphasis on relationship building.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to customer inquiries.
  • Familiarity with customer support software and ticketing systems is a plus.
  • A positive attitude, adaptability, and a desire for personal and professional growth.
