Part Time Gift Entry Assistant

Overiew 

The Gift Entry Assistant will play a crucial role in ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of gift entry for Dynamic Catholic. This position reports to the Director of Development and involves working in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will possess strong attention to detail, excellent computer skills, and be driven by hitting targets.

• Entering donations into Salesforce CRM
• Accurately and efficiently recording all incoming gifts
• Maintaining a standardized pace of gift entry
• Proper data integrity for each donor, including ongoing data entry, tracking, and reporting of donor gifts/pledges and gift data.

• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and Fundraising Databases: Experience with Salesforce is a plus.
• Effective organizational skills: Attention to detail and the ability to work independently.
• Strong communication skills: Both written and verbal.
• Initiative: Must be able to take the initiative in completing assigned projects and duties.
• Problem-solving skills: Ability to think critically and troubleshoot problems.

This position is located at hour Erlanger, KY office.

Compensation

Hourly rate will be commensurate on experience. There are no benefits associated with this position.
