Job Description

  • Flexible FTE (0.8 – 1FTE) ongoing position + Hybrid working conditions

Job Description 
As Program Coordinator you will oversee the delivery of the Healthy Minds program.
Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing and supporting a team of sub-contracted providers, ensuring quality care aligned with the Stepped Model of Care.
  • Conducting demand analysis, collaborating with regional partners, and ensuring policy compliance.
  • Overseeing engagement, support, and coordination of private providers delivering mental health services. This involves reviewing service demand, expanding provider numbers as needed, and ensuring quality care aligned with the Stepped Model of Care.
  • Collaborating within EACH to use our regional hubs and spokes, preventing service duplication, and monitoring metrics, progress reports, invoice processing, feedback loops, and regulatory compliance are also key duties.
  • This position requires occasional travel within the region.

About you 
This is a key leadership position for an established professional with demonstrated experience working in a medical or health office environment coordinating mental health services for underserviced groups.

In addition to a self-directed passion and drive to support a team and others within the community, you will have:

  • An understanding of the Stepped Model of Care and its application to mental health services. 
  • Knowledge of accounts payable processes.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with other service providers. 
  • Strong computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Office and relevant software, database data entry, online learning, emails, and virtual meetings. 
  • Strong organisational and planning skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively. 
  • Presentation and facilitation skills and experience.

Qualifications

  • Tertiary qualifications in Practice or Business Administration management.
