The Private Dining & Events Coordinator is responsible for the planning, standardization, and performance of private dining, external catering, and banqueting services across all Eataly locations in North America. Based in NYC and reporting to the Director of Hospitality, this person will be the operational and strategic lead for the department—supporting local teams, building scalable systems, and optimizing both guest experience and business performance.

Qualifications
5+ years of experience in events, private dining, banqueting and catering coordination, preferably across multi-unit operations.
Demonstrated ability to lead through influence and collaborate across functions and regions.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage complex timelines and multiple priorities.
Excellent communication skills—clear and guest-focused.
Proficiency with event management and CRM platforms (e.g., Tripleseat, Salesforce, etc.).
Highly analytical and results-driven, with experience interpreting sales trends and adjusting strategy.
Passion for Italian food and hospitality.
Must be based in NYC and able to travel to Eataly stores as needed.
The annual compensation for this role is 100,000- 130,000
