Performance Marketer

About the Role

We are looking for two Performance Marketers to join our team and drive data-driven growth. You will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing paid marketing campaigns across multiple digital channels. Key Responsibilities

• Develop, execute, and optimize paid digital marketing campaigns across platforms like Google Ads, Facebook, LinkedIn, and others.
• Analyze performance data to track KPIs, optimize conversions, and improve ROI.
• Conduct A/B testing on ad creatives, landing pages, and targeting strategies.
• Collaborate with the creative team to produce compelling ad copies and visuals.
• Monitor trends, competitor strategies, and industry best practices.
• Manage marketing budgets effectively to maximize impact.

• 2+ years of experience in performance marketing, PPC, or digital advertising.
• Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and analytics tools.
• Strong analytical skills and experience with data-driven decision-making.
• Understanding of conversion rate optimization (CRO) and landing page optimization.
• Experience in e-commerce, SaaS, or lead generation is a plus.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
