Digital Marketing Manager (Referral Marketing & CRM)

We're looking for a passionate Digital Marketing Manager who'll plan and execute strategic digital marketing initiatives to drive acquisition, engagement and retention. You will have ownership of our referral channels (partners, clients and employees) and existing client lifetime value with your expertise in referral marketing, CRM and email.

On any given day you could be doing many of the following:

• Design and create user flows that map our touch points with prospects and clients
• Design and execute digital marketing plans for referral marketing channels and existing clients
• Manage and use marketing automation tools to facilitate efficient and effective communication with different target user segments
• Manage and oversee CRM activities, ensuring that prospect and client data is captured, managed and used compliantly
• Evaluate metrics that affect referral rates and client lifetime value
• Optimise email activity to improve reach, engagement and conversion outcomes
• Use data driven experiments and tests to improve digital marketing performance
• Measure and report on digital marketing KPIs and objectives
• Collaborate with internal digital teams and external agencies to improve marketing results
• Prepare and manage the digital marketing budget for referral marketing, CRM and email
• Ensure our brand is clear and consistent across all communication and channels

• Degree level qualification in marketing or a related field
• Demonstrable commercial experience managing email, CRM and referral campaigns
• In-depth knowledge of referral marketing, CRM and email best practice
• Ability to use client data and segmentation to create targeted marketing campaigns
• Experience using marketing automation tools and CRM platforms
• Experience using analytics and reporting platforms to produce data-driven thinking
• Ability to use client data and segmentation to create targeted marketing campaigns
• Experience designing and running experiments and multivariate tests
• Awareness of marketing and data privacy regulations
