For our client company SISAL, a leader in the gaming and betting industry, we are looking for an Architect Associate Manager.

About SISAL
Founded in 1945, Sisal was the first Italian company to operate in the gaming and betting industry as a government licensee. Since August 4, 2022, Sisal has been part of Flutter Entertainment plc, the world’s largest online sports betting and iGaming operator, listed on the London and New York stock exchanges. What You'll Do

  • Manage, develop, and maintain applications linked to player authentication, registration flows, and private areas for national and international markets.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions.
  • Design scalable, secure, and high-performance software architectures, with a focus on modularity and reusability.
  • Lead delivery activities, promote best practices, and support team members' professional growth.

  • At least 5 years of experience coordinating digital application delivery teams using Waterfall and Agile-Scrum methodologies, preferably in regulated markets (e.g., online gaming, fintech, insurance).
  • Degree in STEM fields.
  • In-depth knowledge of IT processes, architectural frameworks, microservices, cloud-native solutions, and SDLC.
  • Excellent proficiency in English and Italian, spoken and written.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders to achieve common goals.

Nice to Have

  • Experience as a Scrum Master.
  • Basic knowledge of UX/UI principles, IT governance frameworks (e.g., ITIL, COBIT), and quality assurance practices.
  • Previous experience in software development or team leadership.
