We are looking for a Customer Success Administrator to support our ANZ team in managing customer accounts within the Education Perfect platform. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the enrolment of our schools, managing accurate customer data, addressing enquiries and ensuring smooth coordination between departments to enhance the customer experience.
This is a temporary position from 27th January to 11th April 2025 and while our ideal candidate will be based in Dunedin, we welcome applications from anywhere in New Zealand.
