About the role
We're seeking a dedicated Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our team to help qualify new leads and showcase the value of EP. This dynamic role requires top-notch customer service skills, adaptability, and a fast-paced mindset.
What you will do
- Coordinate and schedule demos and sales calls for our Business Development Managers, ensuring a seamless experience for potential clients
- Engage with both new and existing customers, effectively communicating the key value propositions of our products to showcase the benefits of EP
- Keep our customer data up-to-date by maintaining accurate information in our CRM system
- Actively monitor and report on valuable customer feedback, contributing to our continuous improvement efforts
- Escalate and address customer queries and feedback as needed, collaborating with key stakeholders for optimal solutions
- Assist the team as directed by your manager, demonstrating flexibility and a willingness to pitch in wherever necessary
- Take charge of both inbound and outbound leads. In addition to following up on inbound leads, proactively generate new sales opportunities through various lead generation techniques, including cold calling, email outreach, and more
- Collaborate closely with our Business Development Managers (BDMs) to drive sales growth and meet key performance indicators (KPIs)
About you
- Exceptional customer service skills, we are looking for someone who has experience delivering high-quality customer service that leaves a lasting impression
- Effective phone communication skills to engage and interact with users
- Experience working in a performance target and KPI driven environment
- Experience with outbound lead generation, including cold calling (desirable)
- Experience using HubSpot (or other CRMs) to manage customer data and interactions (desirable)
