Job Description

THIS OPPORTUNITY:

As a digital marketing specialist, you will build a digital marketing strategy designed to build the firm’s brand and reputation as an employer of choice with prospective and current employees and a national engineering leader with current and prospective clients. You will use your analytical and planning skills to create content-drive communication strategies and robust campaign analytics for all marketing platforms and channels. You will take responsibility for setting platform-specific strategies with SMART goals and tangible results. This person should have great communication skills to collaborate with other marketing department staff, technical department leads, and business development staff. 

JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Develop and produce compelling digital content to support marketing and communication strategies
  • Collaborate effectively with subject matter experts and marketing communications colleagues in North America and globally to ensure content accuracy and relevance
  • Contribute to the development and execution of campaign content, including paid social and Google campaigns
  • Utilize SEO best practices to enhance content visibility and performance
  • Demonstrate strong storytelling abilities to convey our brand narrative and key messages effectively
  • Conduct thorough research, including interviewing and sourcing materials, and ensure proper citation and organization of reference materials
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, setting priorities within a deadline-driven environment
  • Work autonomously while contributing to a team-oriented atmosphere to achieve common goals and objectives
  • Communicate and collaborate effectively with all levels of the organization, including senior management
  • Proofread and edit technical and marketing content to ensure high quality and accuracy
  • Ability to manage HubSpot
  • Update and maintain our Google Business profiles and ads for North America
  • Media monitoring in our industry

Qualifications

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field required
  • 3+ years of experience in digital marketing with demonstrated experience executing organic social media campaigns
  • 1-2+ years of experience in the A/E/C industry
  • Google Certified
  • Working knowledge of current marketing tools, including but not limited to SEO, landing page and capture tools, Adobe Creative suite, CRM marketing, social media management, and sites
