What is this opportunity?
The Manager of Marketing Analytics and Operations is responsible for driving operational excellence, data-driven insights, and strategic initiatives within the marketing department. This role will focus on providing actionable data analysis to support marketing performance and decision-making as well as optimizing marketing processes, and overseeing the marketing technology stack. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with strong analytical skills and a proven track record of improving marketing effectiveness through data and technology.

How will you contribute?
- Marketing Analytics & Performance Reporting:
- Design and manage comprehensive marketing dashboards and reports to monitor KPIs such as ROI, customer acquisition cost (CAC), lead conversion, pipeline contribution, and campaign performance.
- Provide actionable insights through in-depth analysis of campaign performance, identifying trends, areas of improvement, and opportunities for growth.
- Support leadership with regular reporting and strategic insights to guide marketing investments and decisions.
- Marketing Technology (MarTech) Management:
- Own and optimize the marketing technology stack (e.g., Salesforce, Hubspot, marketing automation tools, attribution platforms, data visualization tools).
- Ensure data integration between marketing systems and other business platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Google Analytics, LinkedIn).
- Evaluate and recommend new tools and technologies that will enhance marketing effectiveness and operational efficiency.
- Marketing Operations & Process Improvement:
- Lead the development, implementation, and optimization of marketing processes and workflows to drive efficiency across the marketing function, including account-based experience (ABX).
- Partner with cross-functional teams (Sales, Finance, Product, and Customer Success) to ensure seamless execution of marketing initiatives.
- Implement automation strategies to streamline marketing operations and campaign execution.
- Budget Management & Forecasting:
- Oversee marketing budget allocation, forecasting, and expense tracking.
- Collaborate with finance to ensure accurate reporting of marketing spend, including return on investment (ROI) analysis.
- Drive process improvements related to budget planning, tracking, and reporting.
- Lead Management & Database Operations:
- Oversee lead scoring, routing, and data hygiene processes in coordination with Sales Operations.
- Ensure the marketing database is accurate, up to date, and effectively segmented for targeting and nurturing efforts.
- Drive strategies for improving lead quality and conversion through analytics and collaboration with demand generation teams.
- Team Leadership & Enablement:
- Provide training and support to the marketing team on data literacy, reporting, and best practices in using marketing tools.
- Foster a data-driven culture within the marketing organization.
What qualifications and skills will help you to be successful?
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in Marketing, Business, Data Science, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in marketing operations, analytics, or a related role, preferably in a B2B or SaaS environment.
- Proven expertise in managing marketing automation platforms (HubSpot) and CRM systems (Salesforce).
- Strong analytical skills with experience in data analysis, marketing performance reporting, and translating data into actionable insights.
- Proficiency in marketing analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Tableau, Power BI).
- Experience with attribution modeling, lead scoring, and customer journey analytics.
- Excellent project management skills, with a track record of managing complex, cross-functional projects.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work closely with senior leadership.

- The base pay range for this position is $120,000 - $130,000 per year. The determination of what a specific employee in this job classification is paid depends on a number of factors, including, but not limited to, prior employment history/job-related knowledge, qualifications and skills, length of service, and geographic location.
