As we continue to grow, we are seeking a highly skilled Executive Assistant to provide top-tier administrative support to our leadership team.

Role Overview:
We are looking for a dedicated and resourceful Executive Assistant who can efficiently manage scheduling, travel coordination, and meetings while remaining flexible for urgent matters outside regular business hours. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, proactive, and capable of handling business-related tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage executive calendars, schedules, and appointments
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, and itineraries
  • Organize and facilitate meetings, including preparing agendas and taking minutes
  • Provide administrative support for board meetings and other high-level events
  • Handle correspondence and communication on behalf of executives
  • Assist with project management and follow-ups on key initiatives
  • Be accessible outside regular business hours for urgent matters, including occasional weekend support
  • Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in handling sensitive company information

  • Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, preferably supporting C-level executives
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in scheduling tools, Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Powerpoint), and other productivity software
  • Ability to work independently and proactively anticipate needs
  • Flexibility to provide support beyond standard business hours when necessary

Work Schedule:

  • Monday through Friday, standard business hours
  • Availability for urgent needs outside of regular business hours, over the weekend, and during key business events

  • Client Relationship : You will be directly working with the client. This means that you will communicate with the client, provide services, and address any client-related matters independently.
  • Payments : All payments for your services will be handled by the client. Elevate and Delegate is not involved in processing your payroll. Your salary will directly go to you. 
  • Vacation Leaves and Holidays : While we may have recommendations or guidelines regarding vacation leaves and holidays, the decision is entirely at the discretion of the client. You are expected to align your schedule with the client’s business needs and any specific policies or preferences they may have in this regard. 

Salary : $7-9/hr
