Position Summary:
Join e.l.f. Beauty’s dynamic Regulatory team and play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our products! Reporting to the Senior Regulatory Manager, you’ll support new product development by reviewing ingredients, formulas, and artwork. You’ll also manage product registrations and filings across North America, the EU/UK, and India, ensuring all deadlines are met while keeping progress on track. In this exciting role, you’ll help drive market expansion by researching and defining global registration requirements. Additionally, you will be a key contributor to mapping out processes and creating learning and training materials for the Regulatory team, making a real impact on the company’s growth.
Responsibilities:
- Dive into and support various regulatory functions for e.l.f. Beauty across North America and EU/UK, including:
- Raw material and formula review
- Copy, claims, and digital asset review
- Product registration and notification, including cosmetics, SPF, and acne products
- WERCSmart registration and SDS review
- US FDA OTC and Health Canada DIN/NPN submissions
- Recyclability and EPR reporting
- Leaping Bunny, PETA, Vegan, and EWG certification
- Documenting and streamlining processes and procedures
- Collaborate weekly with the Manager and Regulatory Team to provide project updates, discuss results, and gain guidance where needed.
Requirements:
- A highly collaborative spirit: Able to work independently or as part of a team to drive results that elevate the business.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to juggle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills to convey complex regulatory concepts clearly.
- Comfortable navigating web-based databases and submission portals.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, Adobe, and PowerPoint.
- Background in science (chemistry, biology, engineering, or related field).
- Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of managing multiple priorities at once.
