Job Summary:

As a Retailer.com Ecommerce Intern, you will support the team with site merchandising, content management, and product information updates across e.l.f. Beauty's digital platforms, including e.l.f. Cosmetics, e.l.f. SKIN, and Well People. This is a hands-on, collaborative internship where you’ll gain exposure to the retail e-commerce landscape while working with top-tier retail partners to optimize online product displays, improve key performance indicators (KPIs), and increase sales performance.

Responsibilities:

- Site Appearance Optimization: Assist with site quality assurance (QA) and analyze existing product display page (PDP) content. Suggest and implement improvements to drive consumer engagement and enhance KPIs for North American retail dotcom sites.

- Data Entry & Product Uploads: Upload product attributes (e.g., descriptions, directions, ingredients, images, videos) into Syndigo, e.l.f.'s Product Information Management (PIM) platform, and retail sites for product launches.

- Content Syndication: Aid with publishing enhanced product content for e.l.f. Beauty brands in Syndigo, ensuring clear and detailed information is available to customers to aid purchasing decisions.

- Go-to-Market (GTM) Support: Attend product launch meetings and assist with the execution of product go-to-market strategies.

- Consistency Across Platforms: Ensure cohesive and on-brand content across online retailer sites, adhering to retailer guidelines, style guides, and specific brand strategies (e.l.f. Cosmetics, e.l.f. SKIN, and Well People).

- Administrative Support: Assist with organizing retail documents and troubleshooting product lifecycle issues on retailer websites.

- Performance Tracking: Review monthly North America retail dotcom performance reports to analyze business metrics, track sales based on content changes, and improve product performance on retailer scorecards.

- Content Strategy: Identify new content opportunities based on retail data and emerging trends to improve e.l.f.'s brand presence on retailer and third-party platforms.

- Trend Monitoring: Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends in cosmetics and skincare, offering content recommendations and optimization ideas for retail sites.

Requirements:

- Currently a rising Junior/Senior enrolled in an undergraduate degree.

-Able to commit up to 40 hours a week from early June to late August.

-Able to commute to LA for the duration of the internship.

- Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint for data analysis and presentation of findings.

- Knowledge of digital analytics, particularly SEO (Search Engine Optimization) and Organic Digital Marketing.

- Strong communication skills (both written and oral) with a keen eye for detail.

- Relevant copywriting skills to support content creation and optimization.

- Experience in site merchandising, digital marketing, or e-commerce is a plus.

- Previous exposure to retail or consumer products brands is beneficial.

- Proven ability to take ownership of projects and drive results in a fast-paced environment.

- Excellent time management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple deadlines simultaneously.

- Collaborative mindset, comfortable working in a team and across departments.
