Marketing Operations Specialist (Email)

The Marketing Operations Specialist (Email) will be responsible for ensuring the efficient execution of email marketing campaigns by managing the back-end processes and systems that support marketing operations.

Responsibilities

• Manage email campaign setup, including audience segmentation, list management, and scheduling.
• Monitor email deliverability, ensuring compliance with best practices and regulations.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to optimize email workflows and processes for increased efficiency.
• Analyze campaign performance data and provide insights to enhance future email marketing efforts.
• Maintain documentation of processes and workflows to ensure consistency and knowledge sharing across the team.

• 2+ years of experience in marketing operations, preferably with a focus on email marketing.
• Proficiency with email marketing platforms and marketing automation tools.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
• Familiarity with email marketing best practices and regulations (e.g., GDPR, CAN-SPAM).
