Summary: Under the supervision of the Director of Sales, the Community Relations Specialist develops and manages personal relationships with Enable Dental's Community Relations Management team to enhance and complete sales opportunities with senior living residents.
Job Type: Remote in the USA (Central Time Zone Preferred), Full-Time (Monday-Friday), Salaried
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Monitor and resolve incomplete opportunities with patients and patient advocates.
- Manage time effectively; ability to prioritize between the Community Relations Managers.
- Ability to prepare and report status to the Director of Sales.
- Strong Communication skills while presenting Enable's company vision, goals, and services.
- Represent Enable Dental while using technology in preparing and delivering marketing materials.
- Utilize Enable Dental's technology stack including the CRM platform to monitor and update activities; ensure that all details are documented and monitored for completion.
- Assist the Community Relations Management team in achieving targeted sales to ensure the monthly minimum goals are achieved.
- Work cross-functionally with other departments to efficiently track, market, acquire, and record new patients' sales.
- Strong computer skills and the ability to learn new programs quickly.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage numerous details.
- Ability to manage projects while keeping highly organized and maintaining efficiency.
- Must complete frequent compliance tasks.
- Other duties as assigned.
Education and or Experience:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Customer service experience.
- Proficient in Microsoft applications.
- Proficient in Google Suite.
Compensation: Annual salary of $50,000/yr + Comprehensive Benefits Package
