About the role:
We are looking for a Brands Partnership Lead who will play a pivotal role in our journey by building and expanding our network of local consumer brand partners that align with enara’s mission and can be sold through our creators’ shops, giving enara the power of winning portfolio. With a passion for growth and disruption and a business development or sales background, this role offers a unique opportunity for someone who wants to make a difference in how the UK shops.
You’ll lead the charge in identifying, onboarding, and nurturing brand partners, ensuring enara remains the go-to platform for creators and brands to thrive together.

What You’ll Do
- Build a winning brand portfolio: Build a pipeline of emerging consumer product brands and businesses aligned with enara’s mission, focusing on a high-quality, scalable brand that resonates with and can be sold to creator audiences.
- Prepare brands for success: Collaborate with brand partners to optimize product listings, pricing strategies, and inventory readiness to ensure they perform effectively on creators’ shops. Provide tailored support to streamline their go-to-market process on enara.
- Expand partnerships with ecosystem players: Build and nurture relationships with marketplace agencies and service providers to create new avenues for brand acquisition and inventory growth
- Deliver on critical metrics: Track and achieve KPIs across brand acquisition, product listing optimization, and sales performance, driving impactful outcomes for both enara and brand partners.
- Innovate operational processes: Continuously refine and enhance acquisition and onboarding processes to stay ahead of the rapidly evolving startups, e-commerce, and creator economy landscape.
- Collaborate cross-functionally: Work closely with product, operations, and creator teams to ensure seamless integration and synergy between supply and demand.
What We’re Looking For
- eCommerce & Creator Economy Expertise: A solid grasp of eCommerce platforms or marketplaces, with a strong understanding of how brands and creators can succeed together. Experience in fashion, beauty, or consumer goods is nice to have.
- Entrepreneurial Mindset: Demonstrated ability to identify and seize new business opportunities, manage multiple projects, and deliver impactful results in fast-moving environments.
