THE ROLE
We are seeking a highly motivated and versatile Product Growth Associate to help launch and scale our new e-commerce supplements business.
Reporting directly to the Senior Manager, this full-time, in-office role blends operational rigor with growth experimentation—ideal for someone who enjoys building systems, has an entrepreneurial bend but also has a curiosity for product performance, consumer behavior, marketing and revenue-driving initiatives. You'll support the operational backbone of the business—inventory, fulfillment, and customer experience—while also contributing to cross-functional projects that test new ideas, improve the online funnel, and optimize our end-to-end consumer journey and help build organic growth.
This is a hands-on, foundational role within a fast-growing team. You will thrive here if you're a systems thinker, a self-starter, and someone who enjoys combining operational execution with iterative product and growth testing. Ideally, you’ll have experience in e-commerce operations, particularly within the supplements, health, or wellness sectors. You should possess strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
