Entain is hiring a Producer to join our in-house creative agency, working on some of the UKs biggest Sports and gaming brands. 

As a Producer you will play a key part in our in-house creative agency where we are responsible for bringing all communications and marketing briefs to life, through creating and producing innovative content that increases business performance across Entain brands. We deliver campaigns spanning multiple media touchpoints, including CRM, performance marketing, tv and social. 

Reporting into our Head of Production, as a Producer you will be responsible for the delivery of all creative content for one or more of our brands. Producing and delivering all levels of work from solely design based through to social shoots, TVCs and full 360 campaigns. You will also be the key contact and representative of Entain Creative on your projects to our wider Marketing team and will be required to foster strong working relationships with our stakeholders.  

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with stakeholders to receive and triage briefs, advise on timelines, and manage expectations throughout the project lifecycle.
• Mentor Production Coordinators, providing guidance and support while ensuring best practices.
• Own and manage integrated 360 media campaigns from initial brief to final delivery, including budgeting, scoping, and timeline management.
• Work closely with the Head of Production to identify and address issues during project execution.
• Oversee licensing, asset management, and approvals while ensuring compliance with industry regulations and health & safety requirements.
• Manage budgets, track hours, and reconcile costs, communicating scope changes effectively to stakeholders.
• Coordinate internal teams and external suppliers, ensuring seamless project execution and maintaining key team documents.

• Extensive 360 production and post-production experience at Producer level within advertising agencies, production companies, or in-house teams.
• Strong client-facing skills with a proven ability to build and maintain stakeholder relationships.
• Expertise in post-production, design-based assets, and ATL shoot production, including pre-production planning and approvals.
• In-depth knowledge of TVC production, digital media, post-production workflows, technical specs, and media management.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail, capable of managing complex workloads effectively.
