Job Description
The Approvals and Compliance Manager is responsible for a wide range of tasks to ensure that the Facility operates in compliance with their permits and health and safety regulations. These tasks include technical and analytical reviews of projects that are being considered for acceptance at the facilities; technical review of sampling results, facility approvals; and performing inspection and documentation activities to ensure the facilities remain in compliance with their local, state, and federal permits. This position is considered a working Manager with little authority for personnel actions. This position requires a bachelor's degree. Familiarity with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures is desired. The position relies on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals and performs a variety of tasks, including performance of analytical laboratory work. A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected. The position will be based at the Morrisville, PA location.
Primary Responsibilities:
Basic Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree in Chemistry, Environmental Science, Environmental Health and Safety, or equivalent Bachelor Degrees.
Minimum of 2 year’s experience in Environmental, specifically with experience with technical analytical review and compliance experience.
