We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Customer Service Agent to join our team at epay, a Euronet Worldwide Company.
In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, handling inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction. You will be the first point of contact for customers, representing our company and brand.
Requirements:
We are currently looking for Customer Service Representatives for with the following requirements:
English Level (Advanced).
Call Center previous experience is a plus.
We offer:
40 hours per week,
Sundays and one day off during the week; and special Saturdays until 4:00 pm.
Base Salary $650 + performance bonus. Up to $900 monthly.
