We are looking for a Junior Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our People Ops team and help us execute our ambitious hiring plan. If you join us, you will support the recruitment process by sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates for commercial and tech positions within the organization. You will work closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and help develop effective recruitment strategies. Your role will also involve maintaining a strong candidate pipeline and ensuring a positive candidate experience. The ideal candidate should be organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Responsibilities

As a Junior Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will:

• Screen and assess candidates managing the entire candidate flow from initial screening to offer stage.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
• Develop and update job descriptions and specifications to reflect the needs of each role.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand and address staffing requirements.
• Promote job openings through appropriate channels, including job boards, company websites, social media, and universities.
• Represent the company at job fairs and recruitment events to attract top talent.
• Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
• Ensure a positive and professional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
• Assist in designing and implementing effective recruitment strategies.

To be successful in this role as a Junior Talent Acquisition Specialist, you should have:

• 2+ years of working experience as a Recruiter in a fast-growing company or recruitment agency.
• Hands-on experience with recruiting software and HR information systems (HRIS).
• Fluency in Greek and English, both written and spoken.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with candidates and stakeholders.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
• Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
