What You’ll Be Doing

🎙️ Be the first point of contact for prospective families - warm, knowledgeable, and engaging
💬 Understand family needs, ask the right questions, and guide them toward a powerful educational solution
📈 Own the admissions pipeline from inquiry to enrollment
📅 Run 1:1 calls and webinars that help families connect emotionally and intellectually to the opportunity
🤝 Collaborate with marketing, teaching, and learner success teams to ensure a smooth and supportive journey

What You’ll Bring

You’re a high-integrity communicator who knows how to listen first, build trust fast, and help people make confident, informed decisions. You thrive in fast-paced, mission-focused teams.

We’d love to see:

• A degree in Education, Psychology, or a related field
• Proven success in sales, admissions, or client engagement - ideally in education or tech
• Experience with long sales cycles and nurturing relationships over time
• Exceptional English communication skills, both written and spoken
• Confidence using CRM systems and virtual communication tools
• Bonus: Familiarity with sales methodologies like SPIN, Challenger, Sandler, or Gap Selling
• Cultural intelligence and experience working across time zones or diverse communities
• Available immediately or ASAP
