About the Role:
Eudia is seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Recruiting Coordinator to join our growing People Operations team. In this role, you’ll play a critical role in supporting our mission to attract top talent to drive our AI-powered legal innovation. You’ll partner closely with recruiters, hiring managers, and candidates to ensure a seamless, efficient, and positive hiring experience while upholding our commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion.
Key Responsibilities:- Coordinate end-to-end recruitment processes, including scheduling interviews, managing candidate communications, and tracking candidate progress in our ATS (Applicant Tracking System).
- Serve as the first point of contact for candidates, providing a welcoming and professional experience throughout the hiring journey.
- Collaborate with recruiters to source, screen, and engage passive candidates, leveraging creative outreach strategies.
- Maintain accurate data and reports to support hiring metrics, pipeline visibility, and process improvement initiatives.
- Assist in organizing recruiting events, career fairs, and campus initiatives to build Eudia’s employer brand.
- Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements in the recruitment process.
- Support onboarding logistics for new hires, working closely with the People Operations team to facilitate a smooth transition.
Qualifications:- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 1-2 years of experience in recruitment coordination, HR administration, or a similar role, preferably in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-service mindset.
- Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (e.g., Greenhouse, Workable) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Familiarity with AI, legal tech, or enterprise software industries is a plus but not required.
