The National Food Lab, part of Eurofins Scientific, provides innovative product development and research and development consultancy services. The Food Technologist at The National Food Lab focuses on prototype formulation, understanding ingredient functionality, and working with suppliers to source ingredients for new products. The Food Technologist also supports pilot plant production runs, shelf life studies, and learns the basic requirements to produce GMP products for testing.

Pay Range: $60,405.80/Yr. - $75,000/Yr.
