Enterprise Architect

We currently have a vacancy for a Enterprise Architect fluent in English, to offer his/her services as an expert who will be based in Belgium. The work will be carried out either in the company’s premises or on-site at customer premises. In the context of the first assignment, the successful candidate will be integrated with the Development team of the company that will closely cooperate with a major client’s IT team on site.

Your tasks:

• Manage the implementation of information systems to meet identified business needs, acquiring and using the necessary resources and skills, within agreed parameters of cost, timescales, and quality;
• Prepare and maintain project and quality plans and tracks activities against the plan, provide regular and accurate reports;
• Manage the change control procedure gaining agreement for revisions to the project from project sponsors;
• Creates, maintains, prioritizes, and sequences the product backlog based on business value or return of investment;
• Collaborate with Business Owners and Users to collect requirements and use cases;
• Analysis and development of the integration of different information systems;
• Provide business architecture and systems processing guidance.

• Master degree in IT combined with relevant IT professional experience of 17 years;
• Good knowledge of project management standards and methodologies such as PM2 and Agile@EC;
• Solid knowledge and understanding of Business analysis and functional analysis;
• Solid knowledge and understanding of Business Process Modelling and UML;
• Solid knowledge of secure application design and development;
• Knowledge and experience in Java tools and frameworks: Spring, Spring MVC, Spring Security, and Hibernate;
• Knowledge and experience in Service Oriented Architecture (SOA);
• Knowledge and experience in Web services (WSDL, SOAP, REST, etc.);
• Knowledge and experience in Front-end frameworks (Grails, Angular, JQuery, Bootstrap or similar);
• Experience in continuous integration (Jenkins, Hudson, Maven, Bamboo, Fisheye, Crucible, JUnit or similar);
• Excellent command of the English language.
