What You Will Accomplish:
  • Solution Design: Collaborate with Eve’s Sales & Success teams to understand customer needs and design tailored solutions that help them drive toward their desired outcomes.
  • Product Expertise:  Develop in-depth knowledge of Eve’s product suite and communicate technical capabilities and benefits effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Technical Liaison:  Act as a bridge between customers and internal teams, relaying technical requirements, feedback, and market insights to product, marketing, and engineering teams.
  • Proposal Development:  Support the efforts associated with RFPs, security & privacy questionnaires, product demos, and technical proposals to help secure and retain customers.
  • Trusted Advisor:  Maintain deep expertise in industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies to deliver informed recommendations and establish yourself as a trusted advisor.


What We Are Looking For:
  • Technical Expertise: Strong proficiency in saas architectures, integrations, security & privacy, and AI technologies.
  • Pre-Sales Support: 5+ years experience gathering customer requirements and delivering customized product demonstrations & solutions to drive desired business outcomes.
  • Communication: Exceptional ability to present technical concepts clearly and concisely to both business and technical stakeholders.
  • Problem-Solving: Strong analytical capabilities to design and deliver creative solutions for complex customer challenges.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Skilled at working cross-functionally with sales, success, product, and engineering teams to drive deal success and desired customer outcomes.


You Will Thrive in This Role If You Have:
  • Minimum of 5+ years Sales Engineering experience in high-growth startups, ideally in legal tech, AI, or data-driven enterprise products
  • Passionate about understanding complex customer challenges, tailoring solutions, and acting as a trusted advisor to drive long-term partnerships with our customers.
  • Excels at cross-functional teamwork, effectively partnering with sales, product, and engineering teams to deliver innovative solutions that help Eve’s customers reach desired outcomes.
  • Enjoys working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, embracing change and quickly learning new technologies in the evolving legal AI space.
