This is a dual role combining Development and Scrum Master/Coordinator responsibilities. The balance between these two roles may vary over time but is expected to be around 50/50.

Team Structure & Methodology

• The team consists of 4 Developers, 1 Analyst, and 1 Tester.
• The team follows Scrum, but we are transitioning towards a more flexible and tailored approach (Scrumban).
• The team is responsible for incident management ("Run"), functional enhancements, and major migration projects for legacy applications.

Scrum Master/Coordinator Responsibilities

• Actively participate in the department’s quarterly work planning, requiring a solid understanding of tasks and participation in estimation exercises.
• Plan, track, and manage the team's work daily and sprint-by-sprint, in collaboration with the Product Owner and Project Manager.
• Ensure the team's work predictability: "Keep your promises."
• Maintain constant coordination with the Integration Testing Team and Release Manager. Provide incident follow-up reporting to the Service Manager.

Development Responsibilities

• Investigate and resolve incidents.
• Develop new features alongside the rest of the team while maintaining a balance with Scrum Master/Coordinator duties.
• Understand and challenge the team’s estimates for upcoming tasks.
• In collaboration with the Tech Lead/Senior Developer, help unblock technical issues when necessary.
