We’re seeking a talented Performance Marketing Static Designer to create high-performing visuals that captivate and convert.

Role Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Static Ad Designer to join our marketing team. This role is dedicated to crafting compelling and high-performing static ads for Meta, Instagram, X, Pinterest etc. The candidate will have a proven track record of success in the DTC and CPG markets, demonstrating both creative excellence and a high output rate.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design engaging and effective static ads tailored for Facebook, Instagram, and Pinterest, etc. aligning with our brand’s strategy and aesthetic, with a focus on achieving optimal performance across these platforms, and adjust future concepts based on performance data
• Generate a high volume of ad creatives to support A/B testing and optimize campaign performance.
• Create an archive of creative data and associate with performance to assist on future development
• Collaborate with the marketing team to understand campaign objectives, target audiences, and product highlights.
• Proactively propose new ideas for ad designs based on market trends, campaign data, and consumer behavior insights.
• Ensure all designs meet brand guidelines and communicate the intended message effectively.
• Create an archive of creative data and associate with performance to assist on future development

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in graphic design with a specific focus on static ad creation for Meta platforms.
• Portfolio showcasing successful ad campaigns on Meta and Instagram.
• Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Photoshop, and Canva.
• Strong understanding of DTC and CPG, with the ability to translate business goals into high-impact visual content.
• Ability to work at a high velocity, managing multiple projects simultaneously without compromising on quality.
• Excellent communication skills and a proactive approach to creative development.
• Self-Starter who is comfortable managing multiple projects and meeting deadlines with minimal supervision.
