Content Intern - Social Media & TikTok Focus

Club Kuma is preparing to introduce our latest project, Frankly—a bold fragrance brand that captures timeless memories through scent.

Our mission is to create elevated fragrances at an accessible price while telling compelling stories through scent. We are looking for creative and passionate Content Interns to help expand our social media presence in a way that aligns with our brand’s authentic, introspective, and confident voice.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in conceptualizing, creating, and editing engaging short-form video content for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and other social platforms that reflect our brand’s fearless, sophisticated, and spirited personality.
• Stay up to date with social media trends, viral challenges, and best practices to create relevant, stylish, and culturally aware content.
• Collaborate with the team to develop story-driven, emotionally resonant content that enhances our brand narrative.
• Capture behind-the-scenes content, product demos, tutorials, and user-generated content to showcase our fragrance line in an organic, lived-in, and aspirational way.
• Engage with our community by responding to comments, DMs, and participating in trends to increase brand visibility while maintaining a genuine and bold brand voice.
• Assist in content scheduling and basic analytics reporting to track performance, learning to optimize content based on engagement insights.
• Support influencer collaborations and outreach by helping coordinate content and partnership details, ensuring brand alignment.

Requirements:

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, Film, Media, or a related field.
• Passion for fragrance, beauty, fashion, and lifestyle content with a deep understanding of TikTok and Instagram.
• Basic video editing skills (CapCut, Adobe Premiere, or similar tools preferred) with an eye for candid, cinematic, and refined aesthetics.
• Strong storytelling ability and a knack for authentic, emotion-driven content that aligns with Frankly Fragrances’ visual and messaging guidelines.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills that reflect our bold, confident, yet accessible brand voice.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, creative environment.
• Experience managing personal or brand social media accounts is a plus.
